do hard things —

at your own pace.

The BOTP community was exactly what I was looking for. I want to balance running and life, but still push myself at running. I have no delusions that I will ever be the fastest/best but just want to feel strong and BOTP seems to prioritize joy and adventure over pace/competition.

If I haven’t said it before, thanks for your help and guidance through this. It’s great to see progress week to week! The curveballs come and go but it’s nice doing this so early so I can get it figured all out while I’m training now. Thanks for taking the time each week to help me out. I appreciate you!

I was pleasantly surprised by my speed on Saturday's trail run: same trail as the week before, much hotter weather, and I was recovering from being sick, and I still ran faster. That felt really good. I also signed up for the [SUPER FUN] trail running race. Decided to say fuck it and just go for it.
